Package Quality Check
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags attached, then place it back into the original eco-friendly packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
